Astilleros de Mallorca operates a Project Management Office (PMO) that enables the delivery of end-to-end Project Management services as Main Contractor, both within our own facilities and off-site. Our PMO structure allows us to manage turnkey projects while coordinating our internal workshops and external partners under a standardized and transparent approach.
PMO Structure
- Production Director – Overall coordination of all company sites and departments.
- PMO Managers – One per site, responsible for supervising local teams.
- Project Managers – Multidisciplinary team adapted to project needs.
- Onsite Coordinators – Supporting Project Managers on site.
- Technical Production Coordinators – Machinery; Metalworks, Piping & Stainless Steel; Electrical & Electronics; Interiors & Carpentry.
- Project Logistics & Operations – Dedicated personnel ensuring smooth yard operations.
- Planner & Cost Controller – Resource planning, schedules and cost control.
- Quotations & Pre-Projects Department – Preparation of technical proposals and quotations.
- Back Office – Administrative support.
