We are a firm specialized in advanced marine welding and the fabrication of structures for the demanding superyacht industry. Our value proposition is built on the combination of execution capability and the strict rigor of our in-house engineering.

We hold Lloyd’s Register approval for welding procedures (WPS) in critical materials, including marine steel (Grade A/AH36) and 5083 aluminium, as well as many other alloys and grades. Our operational capacity ranges from the structural renewal of hulls, tanks, their reinforcements and stern tubes, to the fabrication of complete blocks for deck extensions, swim platforms, and canopies.

We also specialize in the fabrication of various elements for engine rooms, such as structures for pumps, engines, and other equipment. In addition, we never overlook the essential need for watertight integrity on board: we work with certified elements such as Roxtec for the proper installation of cable and pipe penetrations through bulkheads or decks, whether by welding or bolting.

We also have specialized and certified technical personnel for ultrasonic thickness measurement (UT) of plating, ensuring a precise diagnosis of your vessel’s condition. In addition, our engineers and technicians bring extensive technical knowledge of the regulations, ensuring that every intervention is carried out on the basis of solid expertise and in full compliance with the requirements of the Classification Societies.
