Propulsion and steering systems

Complete interventions on propulsion and steering systems, aimed at ensuring the vessel’s reliability, precision and performance.
This includes the installation and replacement of machinery, as well as the inspection and alignment of shaft lines using laser technology, ensuring optimal adjustment while reducing vibration and wear.

The service also includes the inspection of maneuvering equipment and steering systems, together with the full verification of the propulsion line to guarantee its proper operation.

In addition, we manufacture certified shafts and work on stabilization systems, providing solutions tailored to the technical requirements of each project.

Deck equipment

A comprehensive service for the maintenance and servicing of deck equipment, ensuring correct operation and operational reliability.
We carry out dismantling, inspection, and servicing of equipment such as cranes, gangways, shell doors, accommodation ladders, anchor windlasses and winches, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

Each intervention is adapted to the characteristics of both the equipment and the vessel, helping to extend the service life of the systems and ensure their operability at all times.

Pumps

Complete interventions on pumps, aimed at ensuring their proper operation and reliability. 

The work includes dismantling and inspection in a specialized workshop, with full disassembly of the pump, cleaning and inspection of all components, replacement of the necessary parts and subsequent reassembly. 

Once reconditioned, the pump is tested on a test bench in accordance with its performance curves, verifying its operation before reinstallation on board and commissioning.

Valves

Specialized interventions on valves and heat exchangers, aimed at ensuring watertightness, performance and operational safety.

The work includes dismantling and inspection in a specialized workshop, with sandblasting processes, seat regrinding, watertightness checks and pressure testing for certification.

In the case of heat exchangers, cleaning operations and pressure testing are carried out to ensure proper operation and efficiency in heat transfer.

Insulation

Custom-made fabrication of insulation blankets for exhaust systems, adapted to the specific needs of each installation.

The work is carried out in a specialized workshop using materials of different thicknesses to ensure proper thermal insulation, improve system efficiency and contribute to safety on board.
