DNV-GL Service Providers
Astilleros de Mallorca is a qualified center for carrying out thickness measurements on vessels, in accordance with the DNVGL-CP-0484 Class Program. Category I: authorized to measure all types and sizes of ships.
Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance
The environmental management system of Astilleros Mallorca, SA has been approved according to ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System Standard and certified by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance, an internationally accepted environmental management standard.

Astilleros de Mallorca is certified by the main Marine Classification Societies to perform hull structure thickness measurements, which are:

Welding
At Astilleros de Mallorca, we have qualified personnel and official certifications for welding on multiple materials, ensuring that every joint complies with the standards required by leading Classification Societies. We perform non-destructive tests such as dye penetrant, magnetic particle, and ultrasonic testing, guaranteeing the quality, safety, and reliability of all welding work performed onboard or at our facilities.
